The eyes are the windows to the soul. Looking into them you can see so much beauty, passion, emotion, and spirit. I was inspired to make this piece during one of my people watching adventures. Luckily my friend allowed me to capture her eyes on canvas.

I was inspired to make this piece after visiting an art museum. Young slave girl. I wanted to change the narrative to what she truly is, a queen.
